You don't need to watch all the videos, finish any exercises, or write an explanation. To be eligible for a full refund:

• •You purchased the class directly from our official website

No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Just email us and you get your refund. Feedback is always welcome to help us improve, but it's never required.

Class Compatibility Concerns

Before purchasing, please review the class requirements. However, if a class doesn't work on your system due to compatibility issues, you're fully covered by our 14-day guarantee.

Exceptions

Our 14-day money back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a yearly or lifetime plan only. Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds, as they can be cancelled at any time without commitment. The guarantee does not cover subscription renewals or recurring billing charges. The following situations may also have different policies:

• •Promotional or discounted purchases: Full refund available, but promotional pricing may not be reapplied to future purchases
• •Corporate or volume licenses: May have custom refund terms as specified in your agreement

Beyond the 14-Day Period

Fraudulent or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, including but not limited to:

• •Violation of our Terms of Service
• •Unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of course content (detected through our monitoring systems)

• •Use of a VPN or other means to misrepresent your location in order to receive a purchasing power parity (PPP) discount you are not entitled to
• •Any use of the platform in connection with unlawful activity
