• •You have not watched more than 50% of the video content (approximately 100 videos)
• •You purchased the class directly from our official website
• •This is your first purchase (not a renewal or repeat purchase)

Refund Method

Class Compatibility Concerns

Before purchasing, please review the class requirements. However, if a class doesn't work on your system due to compatibility issues, you're fully covered by our 14-day guarantee.

Exceptions

Our 14-day money back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a yearly or lifetime plan only. Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds, as they can be cancelled at any time without commitment. The guarantee does not cover subscription renewals or recurring billing charges. The following situations may also have different policies:

• •Promotional or discounted purchases: Full refund available, but promotional pricing may not be reapplied to future purchases
• •Corporate or volume licenses: May have custom refund terms as specified in your agreement

Fraudulent or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, including but not limited to:

• •Use of stolen payment methods
• •Violation of our Terms of Service
• •Unauthorized downloading of class videos
• •Unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of class content (detected through our monitoring systems)
• •Accounts terminated or suspended due to excessive account sharing
• •Any use of the platform in connection with unlawful activity
