License

• •Grant: We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the class content of your purchase. This license remains in effect as long as you comply with these Terms and may only be revoked if you breach them.
• •Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share your access with others.
• •Ownership: The class is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
• •Anti-Piracy: We employ digital fingerprinting and monitoring systems to detect unauthorized distribution. Any attempt to pirate, redistribute, or share course content is a material breach resulting in immediate termination and forfeiture of refund rights.

Account Sharing

• •One License, One Person: Each license is for individual use only. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access the class content using your account.
• •Usage Monitoring: We monitor usage patterns to detect account sharing, including but not limited to concurrent sessions, geographic anomalies, and access frequency.
• •Consequences: If excessive account sharing is detected, your access may be restricted or your account may be terminated without refund. You may be asked to purchase additional licenses for each user.

Anti-Scraping and Content Protection

You may not scrape, download, or extract class content by automated means. We employ sophisticated anti-scraping and content-protection measures — any detected attempt is a material breach and will result in immediate automatic account suspension without refund. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at r@rayamjad.com within 30 days.

Payments and Refunds

• •Payments: Purchases are handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply.
• •Refunds: Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our Refund Policy.
• •Access after refund: If you request a refund, your access will be automatically revoked.
• •Location-based pricing fraud: If you use a VPN or any other means to misrepresent your location in order to receive a purchasing power parity (PPP) discount you are not entitled to, your purchase is not eligible for a refund and your access may be revoked without refund.

Support and Assistance

• •Email Support: You may contact us via email at r@rayamjad.com for general inquiries and straightforward questions regarding the class content and your account.
• •Complex Assistance: Questions requiring in-depth consultation, extended troubleshooting, or personalized audit may necessitate additional services beyond the scope of standard email support. Such services, if available, are subject to separate fees and arrangements.
• •Response Time: We endeavor to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours during business hours (UTC+9), though response times are not guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

• •Do not use our classes to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• •Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• •Do not harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team.
• •Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or breach any security or authentication measures.
• •Do not use automated tools to access, query, or interact with the platform in ways that exceed normal individual use.

Updates

• •We may update our classes and their content. Updates are part of the service.
• •We may retire or remove classes or modules we consider no longer relevant. The AI field moves quickly and some content may become outdated or superseded. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant removals.
• •We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different law is required by your local consumer protection rules. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides you with non-waivable consumer protections.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on any other occasion.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
